After School Programs

Embry Hills Preschool & Kindergarten and Embry Hills United Methodist Church together offer a variety of After School programs for the enrichment of our students. These programs operate separately from the school. Parents must register, pay and communicate separately with each After School program.

Fall Semester 2017

Mondays, 1:00 – 2:00 pm

Lego STEM Enrichment: For PreK and Kindergarten students. Contact Mimi Jones at mimiryanjones@gmail.com.

 

Wednesdays, 1:00 – 2:00 pm

P’s and Cues: Interactive puppet shows – Your Child is a Puppeteer! Ages 3 – Kindergarten. We promote imaginary play while practicing social skills such as listening, cooperating and sharing. Students wear puppets, handle props and repeat lines during our weekly adventures to farms, rainforests and medieval lands. Kindermusik Imagine That!:  Parents/caregivers join class at 1:50 for sharing time.  This class is designed for active, energetic, enthusiastic, and imaginative children ages 3 1/2 and older.  Classes encourage socialization, sharing, and participation in group music and movement activities (including singing, dancing, pretend play, and instrument play).  Contact Lisa Nall at lisagnall@gmail.com or 770-939-8238.  Classes begin September 13th.
